WELCOME VOLUNTEERS!
For those volunteers who were not able to attend the Ontario Winter Games Volunteer Training session on
February 12th, please read through the following important information:
All volunteers are required to submit a Criminal Record Check (CRC) with Vulnerable Sector Screening (the
Vulnerable Sector Screening is only necessary for those volunteers over the age of 18), in addition to a Volunteer
Waiver form.
Waiver forms can be signed and handed in at Games Headquarters (105 Hurontario Street in Collingwood).
This is also the drop off location for your completed CRCs. CRCs may also be scanned and e-mailed to
info2012@ontariowintergames.com, or faxed into Games Headquarters (705-445-4755).
Please note that all volunteers are receiving their work schedules via e-mail from their respective Games
